Course Description: 

Moviola’s two-day color correction course is designed for the intermediate user. It covers how to color correct a sequence on Avid Media Composer and Avid Xpress Pro.

At Moviola Digital, Avid class sizes are limited to eight to ten students, and each workstation is limited to just two students.

Class time is divided between demonstrations followed by hands-on practice exercises.

Moviola’s two-day 239 course focuses on:

  • Color correcting each shot in a sequence for scene consistency.

  • Avid’s powerful color correction tool and its various adjustment “Groups.”

  • Avid’s internal video scopes (e.g. Waveform Monitor, Vectorscope, RGB Parade, etc.).
