The State of California's ETP Program reduces the cost of courses, for those companies and employees that qualify, in order to ensure that California's workforce remains competitive. Essentially, the ETP program covers the majority of the training fees, while the participating company covers a much smaller portion. It is the responsibility of each student enrolled in the ETP Program to attend all courses as selected and scheduled on his or her ETP Scheduler. Failure to complete all enrolled courses will result in being responsible for full course fees (at the published catalog rate) for all enrolled courses that were not canceled according to Moviola's Cancellation & Refund Policy.
