ACSR stands for Avid Certified Support Representative.

ACSR program participants are trained and certified on the knowledge and skills necessary to perform installations, upgrades, diagnostics, troubleshooting and supporting in a workgroup production or broadcast environment. This multi-certification program is designed to ensure the highest level of technical proficiency and provide a deeper comprehension of the capabilities of Avid products.

Moviola is the only facility in the US other than Avid's Massachusetts headquarters that provides training and testing for Avid Certified Support Representatives.

Avid certifies ACSR's for a period of one year. To maintain an active ACSR status, program participants must complete ACSR re-certification courses to sustain current system knowledge and get a passing grade on the re-certification exam.
